About AVCRT A Vision Community Response Team (AVCRT) is the nonprofit arm of Vision Support Network LLC, operating as a 501(c)(3) community-based organization. AVCRT is dedicated to strengthening communities by addressing psychological, spiritual, emotional, and financial needs through culturally competent, trauma-informed services throughout Columbus, Franklin County, and Fairfield County, Ohio. 

Our Mission To promote healing, resilience, and long-term success by providing compassionate community support, education, and resource connection. 

What We Do AVCRT provides community-based services that include: • Grief recovery and healing support • Community support groups • Mental health awareness and education • Peer support and mentoring • Faith-based and community collaboration • Resource navigation and referrals These services focus on prevention, education, and empowerment. 

Our Approach Services are delivered by a multidisciplinary team that includes: • Licensed Professionals • Peer Support Specialists • Mentors • Faith Leaders • Trauma-Informed Counselors This approach ensures services are accessible, culturally responsive, and community-centered. 

Who We Serve AVCRT serves: • Individuals and families • Youth and adults • Faith-based and community organizations • Underserved and vulnerable populations 

Community Partnerships AVCRT actively collaborates with: • Community-based organizations • Faith-based organizations • Schools and outreach programs • Local service providers We are open to community and faith-based grant partnerships.
