We provide court-ordered alcohol and drug education for individuals referred due to: • DUI / OVI • Underage consumption • Court or employment requirements Programming emphasizes: • Substance abuse awareness and risk reduction • Legal, personal, and social consequences • Informed and responsible decision-making • Accountability and behavior change Completion documentation is provided upon program fulfillment.
Driver Intervention Services Vision Support Network provides Driver Intervention and compliance-based services to support individuals navigating court, BMV, and license reinstatement requirements in Ohio. Our services are delivered by licensed and certified professionals using a trauma-informed, culturally competent, and non-judgmental approach.
Habitual Use Suspension Services (Ohio BMV Form 2326) Vision Support Network offers services to assist individuals with Ohio Habitual Use Suspensions, including completion of requirements associated with BMV Form 2326. We provide the assessment, education, referrals, and official completion documentation required to support compliance with Ohio Bureau of Motor Vehicles standards. Services Include: • Habitual Use Suspension compliance services (BMV Form 2326) • Alcohol & Drug Assessments • Court- and BMV-Required Education • Referrals to Treatment and Support Services (as appropriate) • Completion Documentation for License Reinstatement Who We Serve: • Individuals with Habitual Use Suspensions in Ohio • Court-referred and self-referred clients • Adults seeking guidance through the reinstatement process Our Commitment: Our goal is to help clients meet BMV and court requirements while addressing behavioral health, education, and supportive needs that promote long-term stability and responsible decision-making. AOD Assessments Vision Support Network LLC conducts court-ordered Alcohol & Other Drug (AOD) and Anger Management assessments by appointment. Assessments may include: • Substance use screening and history • Patterns and decision-making factors • Risk and protective factors • Written recommendations for education or treatment We accept referrals from courts, attorneys, probation, and employers and provide clear, professional reports in a timely manner.
